Best customer service I've experienced in as long as I can remember! I own two pairs of their beautiful, well make, comfortable boots and just bought a Tecovas hat today. Ask for Lorane if you visit the Southlake store, she is amazing!

My son and I went in to get our boots stamped. We were immediately greeted and asked how they could help us. We were sent to stand in the line for stamping and two very helpful ladies walked us through our options. Once we figured out what we wanted it was time for Erin to help us. Erin was helpful and so nice. She did an amazing job on our boots and then took time to polish and touch up our boots. She was wonderful and I will buy my next pair from her!

Come here if you want to have an amazing experience shopping for boots. David was a phenomenal help in sizing and getting the right boots for me. Jessica branded them perfectly with my initials for free. I’ll be back to get them cleaned as part of their free service. Thanks y’all

Absolutely love this Tecovas location. They really make your shopping an EXPERIENCE. I wish they got more of the "online only" options in person to try on, but they always have all the options to view in person and also offer complimentary branding of boots. Have purchased multiple boots here because of how wonderful the service is. Also, huge shout out to Heidi, who really went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience the last time I was in store, let me try on multiple pairs, and offered to order me the boots I wanted that they didn't have in stock in my size. Will absolutely shop here again.

After 27 years in Germany, it was officially time to reconnect with my Texas roots and buy some proper boots. 🤠 Zero regrets choosing Tecovas. Huge shout-out to Loreen, the manager at the Southlake store — absolute pleasure to work with. Friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Walked out with two pairs of jeans and a killer belt. The boots were my Xmas gift to myself (treat yourself, always!) — purchased a few days earlier at the downtown Austin location. I sadly forgot the gentleman’s name, but wow — the patience of a saint. Super informative and let me try on what felt like 100 pairs until we nailed the perfect fit. Boots = love. Jeans = soon-to-be love, once I work off the Xmas bacon. 🥓😅 Thanks Tecovas! Already browsing my next pair online 👀 See y’all again soon 🙏🏼

Pretty slick business model. Saleswoman was helpful and knowledgeable discussing options as well as how the fit differed slightly from another manufacturer I mentioned I had. Other employee was fun to chat with that did the branding. Overall it was the best boot buying experience I have had. Definitely had a more personal touch than some other bigger chains.

Amber went above and beyond with the customer service she provided us at the store! So welcoming from the moment we walked in and such a great character. Felt like we made a new friend by the time we left! Nicole also was the sweetest branding our items! Overall 10/10 experience!

My husband and I walked in at the store to purchase my very first Tecovas boots. We have an upcoming Western Gala Event to go to and we needed something to complete the outfit. The staff gave us a very warm welcoming experience. I was hesitant to purchase any boots at first because western is not my style. Trenton one of the staff members delivered his knowledge, patience with his great Customer Service skills. This convinced me and started enjoying the whole shopping experience. Plus they gave as a complimentary branding stamping our initials and wedding anniversary date. They also gave us complimentary whiskey on the rocks while we wait for our finished products. Trenton, Ms. Lorie, and David are great at entertaining us. The whole Southlake Tecovas staff are proffesional individuals and we will definitely get our second pair.
